India´s 8th National Floorball Championship was played with over 700 Players and 34 teams from 15 states of India.

The championships included sub-junior, junior and senior categories and the event was were attended by Dr. Prabhat Kumar, President of InFF.

Team Uttrakhand won both the men´s and women´s championships.

The tournament was also visited by Finnish and Swedish guests that then played an exhibition match against Indian players.

- When Kosti Rautiainen learnt about this tournament through the media he visited the Championship venue with a team of players from Sweden and Finland and a match was played against Indian players. The spectators and the players of different states enjoyed the match, Pradeep Singh, Genenral Secretary of the InFF informed.
