11 teams in the 3rd Prague Wheel Open – 25.07.2013Floorball on wheels is getting more and more popular each year. The third edition of the Prague Wheel Open is played one week before the Czech Open, August 8th - 10th 2013. As the interest to floorball grows, so does the amount of wheelchair floorball players. Czech Wheelchair Floorball Federation (CWFF) is the respected leader of the world´s wheelchair floorball movement since 2008. The first ever played wheelchair floorball match was between Czech Republic and Sweden during the Men´s WFC tournament. The first international wheelchair tournament was held in 2010 and the wheelchair floorball officially became a part of the Prague club tournaments in 2011. Since then, it has been known as Prague Wheel Open. This year´s tourenament has 2 groups and total of 11 teams. The teams are from 4 different countries: Czech Republic, Netherlands, Poland and Sweden. In the manual wheenchair competition, there are no gender nor age restrictions.
