The first ever Vienna Floorball Open 2013 is from 9th to 11th of August in Vienna, Austria. The tournament is organised by Vienna Floorball Federation (WFB) in cooperation with SU Wiener FV.

The games for both men and women will be played in the sport complex Wiener Stadhalle and another sport facility a walking distance away.

In the Vienna Floorball Open there will be 22 teams, 16 men´s and 6 women´s teams. The teams are from 9 different countries around Europe. The group matches will be played in round robin series, so all teams will continue to the play-offs and by so play at least 4 games. The play-offs will be played with a cup system. The Wiener Stadhalle is Austria’s largest indoor event location. Both of the venues are only a couple of kilometers away from the center of Vienna.
