The players have been breaking records during the WFC in Bratislava and now a new record has been equalled.
Czech Republic’s national team player Denisa Billa played her 43rd WFC match as they met Switzerland in the Bronze match. This equals the record for most WFC matches with Latvian player Baiba Jurusa. Billa played her first Women’s WFC in 2003 and has been part of the Czech team ever since. Will she be back in WFC 2019 to take the record?
