The second period began with Swiss goal. Nathalie Spichiger scored the sixth goal of Switzerland in the 22nd minute. An author of the next goal in Polish net was Katrin Zwinggi. Seraina Ulber added another goal, it was in the 28th minute. Before the end of the second period, Michelle Wiki scored the last goal in this part of the game.
Switzerland dominated in the third period. Swiss players, Michelle Wiki and Margrit Scheidegger, offered to audience in Bratislava two goals in a row during one minute. Switzerland led 11:1. Corin Ruttimann raised the goal-advantage, because she scored a power-play goal in 53rd minute.
