Team USA went through a grueling selection process with more good players to select from than ever. But now the squad that will represent currently the highest ranked at the upcoming World Floorball Championships in Riga is set.
The selection process has ended and the team prepared by head coach Stefan Hedlund is ready for the upcoming challenge.
- We have a squad that has the potential to lead us to the World Games in 2017, our goal since 2014. Thailand, Canada and Australia all have the same goal and we will need to maximize every part of the squad to get a higher ranking at the WFC in Riga than those nations. We have taken steps, both in rankings and development, every season and now is the time for the real test. We are ready for the challenge and determined to reach our goal.
