31.1.2010 - Top 4 Nations: Last day to send IFF National Team Calendar Form

IFF collects the Team Whereabouts Information of the top four Men’s and Women’s national teams according to the world ranking. These top four national teams are included in the IFF Registered Testing Pool for National Teams (RTP 2).  

Twice a year (31st of January and 1st of September) the National Association needs to fill in the IFF National Team Calendar Form. The planned events (including camps, tournaments and IFF events) of the year should be marked on the form.

 

The IFF National Team Calendar Form shall be sent to the IFF Office by fax +358 (0)9 454 214 50 or e-mail antidoping@floorball.org.

4th World University Championships, played in Umeå, Sweden.

There will be Men´s and Women´s category played.

Players participants of the WUFC:

  • have to be students who are currently officially registered as proceeding towards a degree or diploma at the university or similar institute whose status is recognized by the appropriate national academic authority of their country, or former students who have obtained their academic degree or diploma in the year 2009;
  • must be at least 17 and less than 28 years of age on January 1st, 2010 (date of birth must be between January 1st, 1982 and December 31st,1992);
  • must have a full passport-holdning citizenship of the country they represent.

20.11.2010 - Last day to register for the Genereal Assembly

The last to register the representatives of the member associations for the General Assembly is the 20th of November 2010 (at the mail address halonen(at)floorball.org).

The IFF General Assembly will be held on the 10th of December at the Balders hall of Helsinki in Helsinki starting at 09.00. All member Associations are welcome to participate in the General Assembly with two representatives each. If an interpreter is needed, the association may use one.


3.12.2010 - Last day to nominate to CB Committees

Last day for the IFF member Associations to nominate candidates to the CB Committees;

Medical Committee (MC)
- works with all question related to Anti Doping issues
- works with medical issues concerning Floorball
- it would be good to have a medical doctor background to be able to serve on the committee

Referee Committee (RC)
- the RC are responsible for nomination and observation of International Referees
- organises education for International Referees
- are responsible to among other things to nominate and rank international referees

Rules and Competition Committee (RACC)
- are responsible for all competition related regulations
- prepare all competition issues for the CB
- act as the jury for the IFF International Events

The IFF General Assembly will be held on the 10th of December at the Balders hall of Helsinki in Helsinki starting at 09.00.

All member Associations are welcome to participate in the General Assembly with two representatives each. If an interpreter is needed, the association may use one.
