CC Interview with SB-Pro Head Coach: Our goal is to win every game — 08.09.2014

The Finnish women´s champion, SB-Pro, had a great season last year and after six consecutive Classic gold medals the CC 2013 silver medallist could celebrate as Finnish champions.

SB-Pro, led by head coach Timo Suonpää, are now also ready to continue their success story in the Champions Cup 2014, even though some of their players have moved to new clubs.

- We have two new experienced centres, Helenius and Häggström. They will make our offensive game more flexible than we had last season. Then there are also new young players, so our group is more than ready for CC.

You well meet EFC winner Nauka-Trevelstoy and Swiss champion Piranha Chur in the group. What do you expect from them?

 - We saw Nauka playing friendly games in Finland, so we have a good idea what is coming with them. Piranha is a typical top team from Switzerland with three Finnish national team players. We will make our homework and we are ready to meet both of those teams.

In the final match of the CC 2013 you lost close against Rönnby. Is it now time to take the Cup to Finland?

- Our goal is always to win every game. CC will not make any exception.
